Does your land come with planning permission?
No. All land sold by FELA is simply sold as either being Agricultural or Forestry land or a mixture of both.
Although you may apply for Planning Permission for a change of use, FELA do not imply that permission for change of use will be granted for any land sold by us.
It is therefore entirely up to you to judge whether a plot is suitable for your requirements.
However, the pressure for housing is high, and less farmland is now required, indicating that suitably positioned Agricultural and Forestry land may be a wise buy, either as an investment or for eventual self-builders.
Are there any additional fees?
Only the £40 HM Land Registry transfer fee. FELA will supply the relevant letter, forms and envelope.
Can you re-sell my plot for me?
If you originally bought your plot from FELA (or our sister company Gladwish Land Sales) then we can re-sell your plot for you.
