5) Plot Reservation Approval: You will be informed via an email whether you have been successful in reserving the plot. If you were successful, then a contract will now exist between you and Freehold English Land Agency Ltd and payment will be taken from your credit/debit card. If you were not successful then no contract will exist and payment will not be taken.

If you have been successful in reserving the plot then the balance will be due within 28 days. Freehold English Land Agency Ltd will contact you beforehand to agree payment method.
